This is not the official website of Modon Holding P.S.C. or any other developer. We market Hudayriyat Island projects as an independent broker. Project names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the projects.

Prices, payment plans, availability, unit sizes, floor plans, amenities and handover dates shown on this site are based on information published by the developer and may change at any time without notice. Images and renderings are artist’s impressions. Nothing on this site is an offer, a contract or a guarantee of availability, price, return or completion date. The Sale and Purchase Agreement for your unit sets the binding terms.

Content on this site, including information about payment plans, investment potential and Golden Visa eligibility, is general information only. It is not financial, legal, tax or immigration advice. Please take independent professional advice before making a decision. Golden Visa approval is a decision of the UAE authorities.
